This Halls Head home with a pool is extremely good value for money

Well priced homes are flying off the shelf at the moment, and I expect this Halls Head home that’s extremely well appointed to do just that.

It’s hard to find a good 4x2 for mid 500s, and this thing is “Best Offer Over $549,000” and comes with a pool.

Other appointments of note include a MASSIVE outdoor entertaining area, solar, 4 beds plus study, and a heap of parking out the font for the teenagers’ cars or your boat. You probably need that as the car port/garage is just a single car. I see things in Halls Head for the same price without the pool, so I really can’t see this one hanging around long.

The only thing I would want to do is swap the evaporative air con for reverse cycle, but I lived with an evap for 7 years and didn’t die so I’m probably just getting weak in my old age. Also if it’s that hot you can probably just jump in the pool.
